How the Process Works Eight Crossings leverages the latest in digital technology to manage the following work flow:
Insurance dictation is recorded via toll-free number or through cassette recorders.
Once received at Eight Crossings’ ServiceCenter, the dictation is routed to the next Transcriptionist qualified to support your work.
The transcribed report is routed through Eight Crossings’ QA department.
The final report is then released via email to your designated contact.
